  3. Ground Fault Circuit Interrupters (GFCIs): GFCIs are used to protect against electrical shocks and are designed to trip if the current to ground exceeds a certain level. They are typically used in areas where electrical shocks are more likely to occur, such as bathrooms and kitchens.
  4. Arc Fault Circuit Interrupters (AFCIs): AFCIs are used to protect against electrical fires and are designed to trip if an arc fault is detected. They are typically used in areas where electrical fires are more likely to occur, such as bedrooms and living rooms.
